NAR Code of Ethics

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the
National Association of REALTORS®.
​

Training may be completed through local REALTOR® associations or through another method, such as home study, correspondence, classroom courses, or online courses.
Read the consequences for failing to complete Code of Ethics training.

The current cycle, Cycle 7, must by completed between January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024

KOETJE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS
​

NPSAR offers two scholarships to high school and college students. The scholarships were established in memory of Brandon Koetje, son of fellow REALTOR® Jim Koetje; and George Koetje, a long-time respected REALTOR® from Oak Harbor.

Please note that the deadline to submit applications for both scholarships is April 15th.
