What is the Code of Ethics and how do I file a complaint?

For over 80 years the REALTOR® Association has developed and enforced a Code of Ethics for its members. As the practice of real estate has evolved over that time, so has the Code. It is reviewed annually and updated as needed. Anyone may inquire about enforcement of the Code by calling the Association's Executive Officer Paige Bates at (360) 416-4902. All calls are held in strictest confidence. The Association only acts to investigate a potential ethical violation when the complaint is filed in writing. Information on how to file a complaint may be obtained by calling the Association.
