Course Description:
The Washington State Real Estate Commission and the Department of Licensing have adopted rules that require the completion of a minimum 3.0 clock hours of prescribed core curriculum. The mandatory clock hours must be included in the 30 hours required for all active licensees.
Topics included: National and State Legislative Issues, Legal Updates, Business Practice, Residential Real Estate Practices and Real Estate Advertising.

Cancellations requested more than ten days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Those received less than ten days prior, there is NO refund.
**Registration is limited and you must be registered in advance for this class. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
