Code of Ethics

One way REALTORS® differ from non-REALTOR® practitioners is that REALTORS® follow a strict CODE OF ETHICS in their work with consumers. The National Association of REALTORS® requires that every REALTOR® must complete two and half hours of Code of Ethics training within each training cycle. Current Cycle: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027.

How to File a Complaint Against a REALTOR®

REALTORS® are different from non-member licensees because they voluntarily subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics. If you believe a REALTOR® has violated one or more Articles of the Code of Ethics, you can file an ethics complaint alleging a violation(s).
